The Gardena Senior Day Care Center is located behind Saint John Lutheran Church at 14517 S. Crenshaw Blvd. Hours of service are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Phone (310) 217-9550.

The Senior Citizens Day Care Center helps to improve the quality of life of participants by preventing premature or inappropriate institutionalization. The center provides supportive socialization and rehabilitation programs for older adults who are experiencing memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease. Respite and support services to caregivers and family members are also provided. Eligible individuals include the frail, disabled, memory-impaired, post-stroke or homebound. Donations are based on a sliding scale. Transporation is available for residents of Gardena.
