you own a residential property in the city, the cost of trash and
recyclable collection services for single family homes up to and including
4 unit apartment buildings is invoiced by Golden State Water. The monthly cost for these services will appear as line items
on your water bill as described in the table below:

Note: A $5.00
per month fee will be charged for an additional trash bin.
The
Administrative Services Department audits and submits this information
to Golden State Water on an annual basis for collection services
from July 1 to June 30th each year. For billing questions contact
