Cities and Residents are Urged to Curtail Energy Usage
As you know, the State of California is facing unprecedented energy challenges. The need to conserve energy, in order to avoid rotating blackouts, has never been greater. In order to demonstrate California's commitment to conservation, the Governor's Office is asking all cities to encourage its residents to immediately help conserve energy during this difficult time.
