Youth Programs
Youth Year Round Program 
Provides selected lower income 14-18 year-old participants with training and a paid internship. The program teaches responsibility, good work habits and job retention skills and encourages youth to stay in school. Participating youth will be assigned to work at a variety of worksites throughout the city.

Participating youth will be assigned to work at a variety of worksites throughout the city.
The Older Youth Program
Provides job readiness skills and part-time employment to Gardena youth between the ages of 19-21. Gardena youth will learn a variety of job skills, be placed at a worksite and provided a minimum of 100-180 hours of work experience at the rate of $8.00 per hour. Case Managers are available to assist with career and job placement goals.
