The Gardena One-Stop Employment & Business Center provides several services at no charge to local businesses. Employers may make arrangements to interview potential employees at the One-Stop Center. Businesses may also call, fax, or e-mail the Center to provide notification of job openings. You may complete a
job order form and fax it to
(310) 217-6121. By contacting the One-Stop, you also have the option of interacting with a staff member who can search the database for applicants meeting your qualifications. The email address is

WOTC Tax Credit

Labor Market Information
Employers who hire their employees through the program may be eligible for Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC). Some positions may qualify for cash reimbursements through the On-the-Job Training Program (OJT), which pays for up to 50% of an employee's salary up to 400 hours. These reimbursements vary according to the type of training needed.
