If you experienced an incident or would like to register a complaint regarding an experience you had while riding a Gardena Municipal Bus, please complete the Public Response and Comments Report Form provided below and submit it in person to the Gardena Municipal Bus Lines located at 13999 S. Western Avenue in Gardena.
