WIA Dislocated Worker, Adult & Youth | |
| Provides employment and training programs through the on-the-job training, paid work experience, vocational training, job search assistance and job development to Gardena Residents who meet eligibility requirements, as mandated by WIA. | ||

Subsidized Training and Employment Program (STEP) | |
| Assists individuals receiving Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) with work readiness skills through on-the-job training, paid work experience, vocational training, job search assistance and job development. | ||

Self-directed Job Seekers | |
| Provides a facility and services for all job seekers to pursue activities to secure employment. | ||
